Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Veritly collects, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Who we are

Veritly is operated by Zero Human Labs ("Veritly", "we," "our," or "us"). This Privacy Policy applies to the Veritly website, product, and related services.

2. Information we collect

  • Account details, such as name, email address, and account ID when you sign in.
  • Product data you provide, including wizard inputs, drafts, and generated pitch pack content.
  • Billing metadata from Stripe for paid plans (we do not receive or store full card numbers).
  • Subscription lifecycle records needed for entitlement checks (plan, status, Stripe customer/subscription IDs, and webhook processing records).
  • Technical usage data such as IP address, browser type, device details, cookies, and analytics events.

3. How we use information

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Veritly service.
  • Save your drafts and generated outputs so you can access them later.
  • Process subscriptions and payments, including fraud prevention.
  • Monitor reliability, security, and misuse of the product.
  • Send product, account, and legal notices related to your use of Veritly.

4. When we share information

  • With service providers that help us run the product (for example: infrastructure hosting, authentication, analytics, and payments).
  • If required by law, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and platform security.
  • In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of business assets.

5. Where data is stored and processed

Veritly uses managed cloud services and processors to run the product, including account/auth providers, cloud infrastructure, analytics providers, and Stripe for billing. We describe data categories and processors in this policy; internal database schema and table names are implementation details and may change.

6. Data retention

We retain data for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. If you request deletion, we will remove or anonymize personal data unless we are legally required to keep it.

7. Your choices and rights

  • You can stop using Veritly at any time.
  • You can request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal information.
  • We do not sell your personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
  • You can control analytics cookies from the Cookie settings control in the footer, or through browser settings.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect data. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children's privacy

Veritly is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and post the revised policy on this page.
